Easy to use. if you find the right port.

The product is fairly easy to use but does not work with all USB ports. My husband hooked it up to his laptop and used it to clean his phone. I plugged it into my laptop and it lit up, but nothing happened when I pressed the button. I tried the USB port that we plugged into the wall outlet and it didn't work either.
