I'm 6'2"-6'3" 243lbs and the XL fits perfectly. No need to tailor it for myself. I'm a 17.5" neck, 34/35" arm length in dress shirts. I'd say the XL is between a 46 and 48 jacket not a 50 as it seemed from the size chart. I ordered both the Large and XL just in case I ordered the wrong size with short notice of the need for it. It is a thick material and looks very nice and for the money well worth it. I wouldnt put it at the same level as other jackets i have at $200-$500 range but let's face the facts that it was less than $60.
