Defective remote control
Initially the remote control did not work. I fiddled with it for a week, worked for 3 days and then quit. I put new batteries in. I pushed all the buttons to make sure none were stuck. I've turned on the TV many times and it still freezes on the same default screen for streaming. A strange thing is the bottom left corner. The zoom button appears on the TV when held down, but nothing else happens.
