I needed an L desk to fit in a corner with one side being very short. This desk fit my space measurements perfectly. It was easy to put together as long as directions are followed. There are instructions for whether you need the short side on the left or the right. And to those saying the holes don't align.spin the top around (not flip over) and the holes will align. When I first put the top on I had the same issue with the holes not aligning. I spun it around and problem solved. There is no need to drill new holes or give a bad review. It's an assembly error on the part of the assembler.
