I recently made a buy from TowerTop, and I have to admit that the entire process left me feeling bitterly disappointed. First of all, attempting to find the product I wanted on their website was frustrating due to how slow and challenging it was to navigate. When I did eventually make my purchase, the shipping process took a very long time and there were no updates or tracking details offered. When my package did eventually arrive, it was not what was advertised, and it did not work properly. I made several attempts to contact their customer service department, but they were unreachable and did not offer any useful answers. My time and money were both completely wasted. Overall, if someone is seeking for dependable and effective service, I would not suggest they use TowerTop. There are numerous other online retailers that provide superior goods and customer support. Keep away from TowerTop at all costs to save yourself the hassle.
