I like that it has so many different options to choose from, as well in how easy they are set up! It's really simple with this platform compared other platforms out there such as OBS or Xsplit Broadcaster which can be very confusing at first glance (especially if you're new).

The customer service isn't great either but again - most of these free services don’t have good support staff available 24/7 unlike some paid ones do offer premium plans where their teams work more often during business hours only. We use webnxs livestream mainly because we wanted something cheap & quick option when starting our streamer journey without having too much hassle setting everything ourselves through trial an error etc..
