I have owned several Chromebooks over the past 5 years and I can say that none can match this one in terms of features and versatility. Sure, the display could be better, but for what you'll be using 95% of the time, 1366 x 768 is more than enough. Videos are crisp and clear, documents appear crisp and clear, and text on screen is crisp. You can manage this in a number of ways; as a laptop, flat tablet or tent mode to watch your favorite movies. The touchscreen is very responsive, I kept forgetting it was a laptop! There is one problem though: the SD card slot is shallow; Insert the SD card, it sticks out more than half the length. So you don't want to leave a card in there; you must remove it after use. Of course you know the advantages of the Chromebook. Light weight (both software and hardware in many ways), no need for lengthy OS updates, no worries about viruses, offers everything a computer user needs. However, if you're a Netflix subscriber, there's no download option, so you can't take the movie with you to watch on the plane. Despite these limitations, I still love this Chromebook and will definitely take it with me on trips from now on.
