received a slightly different product

I ordered the door stopper with hook twice. The first time it came just as pictured. The second ones have an actual hook instead of the u-shaped piece. It's a little longer than it needs to be so when the door is hooked open my child can rattle the open door. So far so good but I am worried the stopper will eventually work it's way loose of the wall. Looks and feels slightly cheaper than the design pictured in the ad
