The sound is too quiet. Best in Portable Audio and Video

I like most of the features of this product, ease of use etc., I read where in that paragraph it said the volume is adjustable, I didn't expect it to be that way is controlled. I'm already hard of hearing, so the volume of this item is very low, too low. Other than that, this is a great product.
