The product is good, there are only a few minor flaws.
I take in combination with omega 3, vitamins of group B (manufacturer of the same), D5000. I drink it 2 times a day (morning-evening) before meals. General health is good, But! Pimples are starting to appear! The first 2 weeks there was an unpleasant sensation in the liver area. Since I drink all of the above together (the rest is 1 time per day in the morning), it is difficult to say from him such side effects or from something else. In short, I decided to finish it all (not much left) and look at the body without using anything.
