Try Johnson's, but no

I RARELY give 1 star reviews unless they really deserve it, so let's go through the list of things I don't like about this product. 1) The smell is very subdued, almost odorless. My daughter and I prefer our hair to smell nice. We enjoy a stronger shea butter/coconut scent, we literally love that our hair smells like a tropical beach. 2) My 2 year old daughter has coarse thin curly hair and let me tell you. It was hell getting this product through her hair (after using it in combination with a coordinating shampoo). I use a wide tooth comb soaked in coconut oil and still had to use our Cantu spray. (I left it in her hair and she took a little bath so he had time to sit too). improve curls. 3) One should use quite a lot of product, on the other hand I don't find it heavy or greasy. but it doesn't moisturize. if you know what I mean. Back to the drawing board, Johnson. because it isn't. The only good thing about this leave-in conditioner is literally the pretty packaging.

Pros
  • After using Johnson's Curl Defining Shampoo, towel dry your hair. Squeeze a small amount of Leave-In Shea Conditioner into the palm of your hand and gently work into hair and comb through. No need to rinse.
