Review on 🌌 Leoity Star Projector for Bedroom: 3-in-1 Aurora Projector with Remote Control and Bluetooth Speaker - Black by Courtney Johnson

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The effects are impressive, but leave something to be desired

The effects when their "Wait" comes can be very impressive. Unfortunately, the laser "star" projector follows a nonsensical pattern (appear, disappear, blink three times quickly, turn off long enough to think it's broken, turn on for 5 seconds) and there's no way to adjust it. speed or mode. The blinking is disorienting and I wish they could just stay on all the way. Also, the projector's brightest setting tends to be too bright for swirling colors, but any brightness level above maximum renders the laser stars virtually invisible. Certain moments in the "Mode" setting, where the colors match the light level perfectly, fade where they appear, but the rest of the room is still very dark. These moments only last about a second and cannot be played back with a remote control to reproduce the same color and brightness. While the patterns still look very cool, spend about $10-$15 more to get a much more polished app. Control over colors, speed, stars, etc. PS Look for a device that projects at a larger angle than this, which is close to a straight line. This allows you to place it in a corner of the room and get full ceiling and wall coverage. This version should basically be the dead center of the room and not have objects of any height nearby if you want it to cover the walls and ceiling. Essentially, the small savings aren't worth what you lose in features.

Pros
  • Cool
Cons
  • Not everything is as good as it says
