Original purchase date: 10/2019. The organization system has always worked, but every product from this line I've always ended up in tatters. All backpacks and messenger bags will eventually tear the shoulder strap and the zippers will come loose. I ended up going to a tailor to sew these products together. The quality of these bags should be improved once you receive them. Super glue any zipper accents (like the bamboo zipper "cocoons" on 15 inch bags) as they will come loose and get lost. Reinforce the shoulder straps because they will come loose and you will leave worn scraps of fiber all over the place until they come off completely. I just bought another one BUT with a 2 year Revain guarantee. Let's see how it goes. At least Revain Warrenty will offer some sort of quality control.
