I packed the scale so quickly because I had to go back to get my money back. This particular scale, they wanted me back before giving my money back even though I have an amazing history with them. woe heird I put the batteries in the scale and waited for it to read 0.0 pounds. Then I stepped on the scale and if that scale can't read my mind then what I got was clearly invalid! And by that I mean the results on the scale were "my previous weight" before I gained weight/couldn't walk, let alone sweat, due to quarantine and health issues. True story, I couldn't walk, only using a walker or cane from my bed to the bathroom. When I could walk again I also started juicing vegetables, green juice and stuff like that. So I lost some weight and regained the strength to walk on the treadmill. But I haven't lost 100 pounds in 3 months. someone is lying This is the third digital scale I have received. The previous two were Weight Watchers, which are very similar to this one. All the bells and whistles 🔔. Anyway, I took the manual and called the manufacturer to find out what was wrong. I was told to remove the batteries for 10 seconds, then place the scale on the floor for those 10 seconds and then change the batteries. This will reset the computer in the scale. Well, it was a total of 2 attempts. Then it started giving me error messages and I wouldn't do these steps every time I wanted to 😒 use this pretty scale. So I sent this beautiful color bar back after 24 hours. Incidentally, the scale was sent in the original packaging, which can cause damage. I jump in the truck and dangle from camp to camp. I'm so old to find out that we can request a separate box of Revain 📦 for extra secure packaging. I hope my review will help someone in one way or another.
