You'd better have an old tire hanger part

Although this product is advertised for 2500HD trucks, this is not the case. The part that supports the rim should be narrow. Probably works on 1/2 ton trucks. Luckily I had an old piece that broke off. Using a grinder, I cut a slot in the original piece so it slides over the new piece. That's how it worked.
