It took about 20 minutes I walked slowly and carefully hey it's an expensive watch and a bug and you're stuck. Just take your time, and using a port loading hour loop makes things a lot easier. After a year of struggling with a charging issue due to a missing contact, this is fixed, albeit quickly. A few days later I had to restart the watch again to get the heart rate sensor working again, I don't know what happened to it, it could have been caused by an update but the restart fixed the problem. Now my watch connects instantly and starts charging without any complaint. It's worth it. I'll probably buy another set in the future just in case.
