I am a mobile groomer and work in my grooming truck all day. The addition of this portable potty was a game changer and saved me time looking for public restrooms as well as the convenience of being able to leave without planning when I need to. the liquid under the bowl continues to drain. The plastic clip holding it doesn't fit. I usually have to keep the multi-tool within reach so I can use my pliers as a handle to pull it out. They had to rework that part. Update: Added star for customer service. The company contacted me about the valve handle and offered a replacement without having to clean the pot and send it back or refund. They assured me that my problem was unusual, but I cannot vouch for that since I made a decision about a refund. I will continue to use it as is and keep a pair of pliers handy to pull out the handleless bar. I'm too aware of the plastic issue to throw it away for a new device if I can get it to work, albeit with some inconvenience. The return was greatly appreciated. So, good company, generally a good pot.
