- I bought 2 pairs of these, the originals lasted 6 months - they are not identical to the original - one of the pads was crumpled in the box and much harder under the bump then the other, which was smoother and softer - after installation it became clear that the crumpled one is also thicker than the other - less comfortable than native, I also suspect that the noise reduction is worse with new ones - generally unacceptable for an official one Accessories with an official price, in fact you feel cheated out of $70 - hey Bose, I get what you're telling me here, because it's the same with cars, right, when your tires wear out, you don't drive your car to the tire dealer, you're buying a new car, aren't you?
