: Crosley sent a prepaid label, I sent the faulty unit back and they sent a replacement fairly quickly after the return was received. Let's see if it lasts more than a year with light use this time - I'll post again if not - upgraded to bcs 2 stars although it didn't last the company did a warranty exchange and edited an older review : 13 days have passed since Crosley said he would send a label for warranty repairs. Still no label. This unit lasted less than a year with very modest use and took 2 weeks tire jumping to get it back or repaired under warranty.
