At first I was very skeptical about AOC (although many praise it). I just didn't like the name (I know, a very stupid reason). And now I am very happy with this brand! By the way, it looks much better in real life than in the pictures. In the pictures, the plastic looks very cheap, but in reality it is very normal. Has some pros: 1. This monitor is Flicker free and Low blue mode. This is indicated on the official website, but not yet indicated here (the description may be corrected). The pencil test passes. On the phone in slow motion mode, flickering is also not visible. 2. Picture Boost is a gun. At first, when I turned on the monitor for the first time, I was slightly upset by the faded picture. But then I found DCB mode in the settings. By turning it on, the left half becomes very bright and saturated, while the right half remains as is. To make this mode full screen, you need to enable Picture Boost. The picture turns out to be very juicy, but in moderation, the picture does not tear out the eyes. Black becomes truly black (not OLED, of course), but still. The picture is close to pls. I didn’t even think that IPS could produce such a picture, although I have good IPS monitors at work (Dell U2415, Asus PB248Q). Since the brightness is increased in this mode. then set the main brightness to 0. Additionally, Gamma3 chose the gamma for blackness. 3. Height adjustment. 4. USB 3.0 hub (x4). To make it work, you need to connect the monitor to the computer with a USB A - USB B cable (included). 5. There are built-in speakers. The power, of course, is small, but it will do for watching videos on YouTube. 6. Lots of cables included (power cable, HDMI, DisplayPort, USB A - USB B, mini jack 3.5m). 7. I did not find dead pixels. 8. Price. Different cons: There is only one nitpick on my part. Banding is visible on the gradients (both on vertical gradients, and on horizontal, and on diagonal ones). Moreover, in Picture Boost mode, the bands are more visible. But during normal use it is imperceptible (when watching movies or when working with text). It is noticeable only if you specifically look at the gradient image (therefore, it is better not to put such a picture on the desktop :). . Six months later, it began to flicker, 1/3 of the screen flickers from above, the flicker is visible to the naked eye. It is especially noticeable on a gray background, on white and black it is not visible at all.
