Update: My son is 2 1/2 now and still loves this toy. My 3 1/2 year old loves it too. He also mastered the game well. They use their hot wheels and monster truck on the track, not Vtech cars. This is a great purchase and I am considering purchasing other pieces to pair with this one. I bought this for my 1 1/2 year old who loves cars for Christmas. It's March wind now and he still loves him, actually my two boys. I will be buying him another set to add to his birthday in July. I mostly use regular Hot Wheels for this because after a while I start hearing those damn Vtech machines sing in my sleep. Otherwise it's a great toy.
