This collar has held up well since I bought it, although my Australian tried to rip my arm out of the socket to hunt squirrels while tied up. I searched for a while to find a decent one with a second ring. I have occasionally made the mistake of attaching a leash to the ring while holding the name tag on the collar ring before taking the dog out, 45 minutes later I can usually quickly catch a small one to take home. Despite her amusement, I almost had a heart attack thinking the car she was speeding around in was going to crush her. Having a second ring on it that has no tag could very well save my spoiled little girl's life.
