I like that it tells me when my website is down, or not responding to visitors properly. This makes for an efficient monitoring system as well! There are no downsides in our opinion so far. The notifications work really good with us (as we use slack). If you're looking into using this software then go ahead but if there's anything specific about your business needs please let them know before purchasing. We have been able solve our SEO issues by having alerts sent out whenever Google detects any potential problems/issues regarding performance of websites such as slow load times etc. I have used this software for many years, it has been very reliable and easy to use. The support team is also great! There are always new updates that make monitoring even easier. It would be nice if there was an option to create alerts from multiple sources (Google Analytics, etc) with one click instead of having to go into each source separately. We now get notified when our website goes down or becomes slow due to high traffic so we can take action quickly.
