Balanced slightly backwards
I know this is for hanging decoration but it is on the base of the tower and the center of gravity is almost off the base (unstable). I have some crystal ball decorations that I put on shot glasses with non-slip pads. He should be able to stand on his own, but the slightest disturbance will throw him back because he's out of balance. The center of gravity must be over the center of the tower base. Other than that, it's great. A nice addition to my menagerie in my office.
