Very poor microphone and speaker

I tried the XBOSS P11 with hands-free kit and it was terrible! The speaker is weak, the microphone is no better. People hardly heard me unless I yelled at him. It also has a coin sized blue power light that flashes every 3 seconds which makes it extremely annoying when attached to the visor and riding at night. It's worse than using a cell phone hands-free in the passenger seat.
