It allows me as an administrator set up filters for different age groups within my organization! I also like how it can be used with other programs such as Slack or Office 365, so users don't need their own messengers just because they use work software that doesn’t integrate well yet (like Zoom). Sometimes when people are using our program there will sometimes pop up notifications from outside sources which makes managing them difficult at times. Other than this minor issue we have not had any major issues since implementing messenger into our workplace recently. We've been able to communicate effectively between all departments without having multiple separate apps open simultaneously by chatting via facebook chat inside liveworld instead of emailing each team member individually every time something needs communicating across teams.
