Intuitive and user friendly experience
The platform is intuitive as well as easy to use. There are many ways in which it can be used to interact with customers or potential clients like video calls, live chat etc. It has more than sufficient features to handle customer support needs. I have not found any issues at the moment but if there were, we would surely fix them immediately. We need such platforms where our customers feel comfortable enough while communicating their queries online. This software helps us provide this comfort level to the users.
