I bought this tray thinking it would save me the need for a shovel. It's visually appealing and each tray is thick and individually durable. However, no dirt remains in the box. The filler eventually seeps through the slits of all three shells. Also, debris that sticks together gets stuck in the crevices, so I spend most of my time pushing the clumps out of the crevices and trying to keep them clean. One day I lined up the trays correctly and all the stuffing slipped between the two bottom trays before I could put the third one in. Save time and money and try a different clumping system.
