The console and the other items have not been opened, thus everything inside is still in pristine condition despite the fact that the box has been tampered with. It would appear that they unlocked it in order to obtain the Game Pass. Following my experience with the gamepads for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, I found that the one included with the Xbox One generation was, in my opinion, the superior gamepad. This is assuming, of course, that the gamepad is functional when being used. And last, I'll state that Game Pass is the deciding factor in this case (currently, you won't be able to purchase games in the Shop, but you'll have no trouble doing so through Argentina, and you can get game keys and Game Pass from third-party websites in addition to finding discs).
