A few weeks went by and he survived at my 13 month old son's daycare! At first I was concerned about the material as it seems fragile, but the quality of the pile rug is excellent! It's soft and comfortable. It has been washed and dried several times (on a permanent press) and is still intact. It has no holes and the seams have not come undone. I really liked the room design. The colors have not faded or suffered from washing or from my son. I can unreservedly recommend this pile rug. Ideal for a baby!
