You can't go wrong with this guy. Allows me to easily hold my Apple Pencil (2nd generation). It's smooth, but the silicone texture makes it easier for me to hold the pen. It comes with two tips, which comes in handy if you lose one. The case is thin enough that you can charge your pen without removing the case. The only complaint I have is the detachable top of the case. I lose mine easily and it doesn't fit as well as the case body. It doesn't behave like a pen cap that you can just put the other side of the pen in, so be careful. Another note is that due to the silicone texture, hair and fine fibers can be attracted to it, keeping your pen in place. always be completely "clean". I personally don't mind it, it just looks a bit messy.
