Just what this professional baker needs!

I have a small cake shop, so I bake a lot! All of my recipes switched to weights many years ago because it's much more accurate, faster and gives me consistent results. I've been very disappointed with the scale I've been using for the past few months so I'm itchy to try this scale and give a review. Although most digital scales look the same, they are not the same! I made that assumption when I bought a scale before. The Geekclick scale has all the features I love and I recommend them to you too!* Weights are in milliliters, grams, pounds, ounces and ounces. I regularly use grams, pounds + ounces, and ounces. It takes extra time switching my recipes from one weight to another when not all options are available and makes it easy to make mistakes when baking at the end of a long day. Having all the weighing options is non-negotiable for me to make beautiful cakes.* Tara. It is a must. * The screen is large and easy to read! I can read clearly even without reading glasses.* Easy to clean, no weird crevices for dirt to collect.* Batteries: Requires 2 AAA batteries (and included) with a very sensitive power button. My old scale - the one I threw away today - has a ridiculously sensitive power button. Needed new batteries (4@AAA) VERY often as it would turn on when hit in the closet. It's expensive.* The scale was well packaged for shipping and included instructions, but it's very clear and easy to use.* If given a choice, I'd go for the all silver case, but the blue color is beautiful and unobtrusive.
