Cheaply made anchor bolt too short
You get what you pay for. The construction of this product is not large. The anchor bolt holding the top was too short and held securely considering the fabric was clumping around the hole. Also, the holes for the other screws don't line up. Finally, a top cat bed works for a kitten but not for a medium-sized adult cat.
