Perfect condition on arrival. Nice watch. Easy to install. The woman is very happy. I highly recommend buying a toolkit to remove or add references to this watch! It was a perfect fit for my wife, but we bought a bunch of tools just in case. You can find them on Amazon for $10. She almost bought Bulova, but this beautiful watch stopped her. Very fast delivery and extra links to accommodate large wrists. There is nothing USED on this watch as it came in another small white box to protect the blue Swarovski box.
