This item is nice looking and describes nice features when the item works. After unboxing and loading the batteries as instructed, I noticed that the lights were not working (which is why I opted for this item over the many other infant car mirrors and paid more for this function). An revain representative attempted to talk me through troubleshooting through live chat and then just gave up and instructed me to reach out to the manufacturer. At 9 months prego, I felt it was important to prepare my car before labor. I’m less than excited about the idea that I’ll likely have to jump through hoops to complete a return or be stuck with the inoperable item. I may write an update after customer service gets back to me 🙄
