This lamp was well packaged for shipping (in styrofoam) so there was no risk of breakage and came with a pair of cotton knit gloves to work with the lamp. block during installation. My only issue was that the screws pre-installed in the block didn't fit my TV, but that was a simple fix by removing them and replacing them with the ones that came from the previous lightbulb in my TV. After replacing the old lamp, the TV screen displayed beautifully. Delivery was on time. Will definitely buy from this supplier again!
