I bought this on 08/19/2015 and was generally happy with the case. I'm an accountant working in two different offices. I take my clients' files with me when I travel between offices and needed an easier way to carry them around than the reusable tote bag I used. This case met all of my needs perfectly. The case held all my documents and supplies and was easy to transport between offices. The downsides of this case are mainly the handle, wheels and durability. I'm 5ft 8" and the grip won't let me pull with me without hitting my heels. The wheels hold up on loose gravel, but they're LOUD on smooth tile floors! In terms of durability, I liked how it generally holds up. The lid began to detach from the rear hinge on the left. This did not affect the integrity of the case, but today the left side lock jammed. The slide lock/unlock mechanism was jammed in the lid, I couldn't open the case in the middle, my husband had to rip the lid open so I could get to the files. That's enough even for an average sized person like me as this is my biggest problem.
