I have a similar set in my office. Bought the same houses. I chose this one because it has adjustable hinges. It's great for adjusting the monitor's position, allowing you to sit or stand at your desk. They also have great built-in cable management! Easily removable cable management covers and snap into place. (Please note: In my personal configuration, one cable was not long enough to fit in the cable manager.) If the mount keeps slipping up or down after attaching the monitor, tighten the hinge at the "angle" by hand. Tightening the connection next to the monitor keeps the pivoting monitor in place but still allows it to move. Be careful when moving the monitors as you have the ability to "elbow" the other way to position the monitor in the desired position.
