If you work from home, this headset is a must! and green for PC connection. Pros: They're lightweight, offer crystal-clear calls, allow you to adjust the volume, and also have all the essential mute buttons. Cons: The ONLY issue I have is that the earpiece is very delicate as after a while it comes loose and can short out the wiring. The short I experienced only touched one side, which made me angry when I called. This is my third replacement in 3 years. I've tried other styles and paid big bucks for most, but NONE delivered the sound quality I need from this GE product. Call quality is very important if you can hear and answer your caller. The ability to hear and understand you without yelling at them is what you are looking for. Then look no further! This headset will not disappoint you. So they have to be changed after about a year. Everything wears out sooner or later. Well worth the money and once you try them you will understand why I don't even consider others.
