Review on 🎧 KZ ZSR High Fidelity Dynamic Hybrid Earbuds (White, No Mic) - Enhanced SEO-friendly Product Title by Lauren Williams

Bought two of these for my band's instrumentalists (bassist and drummer) and within 9 months both were reporting loss of sound in their right ear. I contacted KZ and described the problem and they told me to contact another store but did not give me any contact information or responded to my follow up email and questions trying to get that information. worked but customer support still didn't help with their product. Will change the one star rating to better reflect the product if things are managed properly.
