I love using these shelves because they fit so many different places and meet many needs. I used this one for my office and used two of the three shelves. I have an Epson DS-530 on the top level along with a speaker. On the bottom shelf is another speaker and various other items. To give you an idea of the height, there's ample storage for chewing gum, Burt's Bees lip balm, tiger balm containers and envelope humectants, and a medicine bottle. So enough for the items that like to walk around on the table or roll around in the drawer. The other uses all three shelves and stands in the kitchen cupboard. Large plates under the first shelf, salad plates on the first shelf (she's on the second shelf), herbs on the second shelf (4th shelf), and lighter herbs on the third shelf on the top shelf. This cabinet has been driving me crazy for years - it's 18 inches tall, has no shelves and has only been used for dinner and salad plates. I was able to tidy up my desk with this set of shelves. Advantages: Easy assembly. variety of positions. Hold the scanner level. Light weight - easy to pick up and put away. Open frame means less dust. Open back - cords can hang down the back. Top Cons: A little wobbly, doesn't go anywhere, but wobbles Open back - small items won't work without another container to store them That's about all there is to say about the shelf.
