When it arrived today I opened it up and it stayed on my porch where the sun shines all day. Today's temperature is about 96F. When I opened the package, all items were very warm. The leather care didn't have a protective layer, and neither did the Recolor balm. The color balm looked like someone hit something dead center and looked very dry (see attached image). When I read the bottle it says the balm should be stored at 46 to 86F. Well, it's been sitting on my doorstep for who knows how long. So I tried the product. waste of money. I had him restore and paint a leather piece I had for 5 years. I applied for the guide and it doesn't work. Maybe it's because it dried out or the temperature ruined it, but it doesn't work. See photos. I tried 2 attempts after waiting didn't work at all. Maybe I just have to keep applying, I don't know, but it's not working.
