The customer support team was awesome! They were always so helpful in answering all our questions as we tried out their software during beta testing phase before launch which really helped us understand what features worked best and didn't work at all.
I also like how they had many different templates available that you could customize your reports using when creating new forms or reports. Their website itself wasn’t very intuitive so there have been some issues figuring things out but once someone from clinicsprectum explained it step by step everything made sense!
