It has helped us identify suspicious activity in real time as well keep track of any risky behaviors like high risk transactions etc with ease through their API's that we have connected them too. They also help you set up alerts for certain activities so even if your employee doesn't directly perform one they could still trigger it without knowing about it! There isn't anything i dislike at this moment but when there will most likely not be an update made available till next year then maybe some features would require updating. Setting up rules/alerting system using APIs helps me understand my employees' behavior better than just seeing what goes right into transaction logs every day.
