They haven't been washed so I don't know about possible shrinkage yet. Next time I may have to order 5x instead of 3x if shrinkage is an issue. Pants have no pockets. I don't mind not having a hospital style drawstring tie as it can cause a bowel obstruction. Pants: 32" inseam. Minimum unstretched waist: 44" (one button), 41½" (with both buttons used).
