Having Chronic Pain I am always trying something to help. Part of my Chronic Pain is Restless Legs. This spray helps with both. You do not need to spray much to notice it working just a few minutes afterward. The only thing I wish was different was the amount that is being sprayed. Best to use with a towel under the body part you are spraying as it can drip if you spray too much. Other than that this is a lifesaver for different levels of pain. The bottle even has a safety lock so it doesn't spray when pushed if you have it in your purse or bag; perfect for those that have children, serving as a child safety lock.Worth the cost.
