We are so glad we have them. They have completely changed our cycling experience for the better. SO GOOD to talk to each other like we're sitting next to each other. Our voices are clear and easy to hear. They talk to you while you choose options. tell you which function you have selected. The volume control works too. Loud enough. We don't use them for radio or music. Therefore, I cannot comment on these features. I wish they were cheaper. I wish they could connect to more than two heads. I want them to come with power adapters to charge them. Two speakers. One with control. We attached them to our chin straps, just below the ear, with a string in between, on the helmet. It took a few to figure it out. Hope they last long. Just take a look.
