The item was purchased for the construction of a new house. The mirror was left with the builder past the return date, but this mirror cost over $300. Once the electrician installed the mirror, the lights on the mirror kept flashing and turning on and off. I contacted the seller of Scenario Home, they said the return period had expired and there was nothing they could do. Warning to all potential buyers, do not buy from Scenario Home too early, they will not endorse their products.
