Review on Simple Salon by Michael Hogate

The ease of use is great! It’s not very complicated to set up or start using, which I appreciate because it was easy for my staff to learn how to operate our software as well! We have been able to automate many tasks that used to take us hours in order to save more time so we can spend less time doing other things. There are some features that are hard to find such as scheduling appointments with patients. Also there could be additional fields within the booking app itself that would make it easier for clients who don't fill out everything they should. This allows me to track all bookings in one place, and when an appointment comes up I know exactly where to go to log it into their schedule. I love that it is so easy to use, all of my employees can access their schedule with ease! It also helps me keep track of appointments easily as well!! My only dislike about this software would be its price point for small businesses like mine who don't need more than 1 employee using at once but overall i am very happy we chose simple salon over other options in our area. The benefits are endless when utilizing such an amazing program/software. !
