Definitely a better quality mask than you can find in pharmacies etc. It smoothed out and I left it on for about 5 minutes. It says you can let it sit for 5-15 minutes. It has a perfumed scent, but so far I haven't developed an allergy from it. The smell is a mixture of body lotion or body cream and perfume. The hair remained hydrated and smooth. I'll have to use this regularly though to see how much it fixes. I have just received the item and used it once less than 24 hours ago. Will update as I use it. He wasn't particularly fat. Update 09/16: This is a great product! I love it and it really helped soften my hair which was badly damaged from using hair dye, highlights etc and before that not a very good shampoo and conditioner. I will probably buy more, especially the smaller size for travel. It has repaired previous damage and my hair is much easier to manage. The swelling also went away. And my hair stopped falling out.
